The process, start to finish

You describe the archive in our form. We set that description against each buyer's published limits and send you the names that match, with reasons. Introductions happen only on your instruction.

From form to introduction

  1. We go through your answers

Hours, years, languages, notice history, caller states and what turns up on the calls. Gaps that matter get a follow-up email.

  2. We check which buyers' published rules fit

Each buyer sets its own floor: headcount, country, data types it takes, consent it requires. We compare your answers with what each one states on its own pages, and with the consent and biometric rules that apply to your callers.

  3. We name the buyers to you

Each match comes with the stated terms that matter most for it (how pay is counted, who de-identifies, exclusivity) and anything that could rule it out. An archive with no match gets a plain answer saying so.

  4. Nothing moves without your yes

When you pick a buyer and confirm, we pass your contact details to that buyer alone. After the introduction, the conversation is between you and them.

Limits we keep to

  • No recordings, transcripts or samples ever pass through our hands.
  • Your company is never invoiced by us.
  • No negotiating on your behalf, and no estimates of what a buyer might offer.
  • No signatures for you; any license is between your company and the buyer.
  • No legal advice. Hire your own counsel for the contract.

Where our money comes from

Buyers fund this introduction service. Several run referral programs, and when a company we introduced signs, the buyer may owe us a fee. Companies are never charged, and fees have no say over how we describe a buyer.

Our email address is listed on the privacy notice; there is no phone line.

Questions about the process

Do you buy call recordings?

No. This site neither buys, brokers nor trains models on anything. It compares your answers with what buyers publish, names the ones that seem to fit, and makes an introduction only on your instruction.

Will you ever ask for a sample?

Never. If a buyer wants samples, that happens between you and the buyer, under its agreement. Nothing on this site accepts files, and call content does not belong in the notes box either.

Who pays you?

Buyers do, through referral schemes that reward whoever made a successful introduction. Your company is never charged.

Does the referral fee change which buyer you suggest?

It should not, which is why every suggestion comes with its reasons. When nothing fits, you hear that too, though it earns us nothing.

What if our recordings were made without a notice?

We will tell you that we cannot introduce that archive. Recordings made without the consent your callers’ states require should not be licensed. Talk to your own lawyer about what to do with them.

Three quick screens: office ZIP, a contact email, rough archive numbers. Describe the recordings here; never send them.

Keep recordings, transcripts and sample files to yourself. This form cannot take attachments, and we never hold call audio.

Part 1 of 3

Where is the company based?

We only need the head office. A few buyers limit which countries they license from.
