The operator

Sell Call Recordings (sellcallrecordings.com) is run by Joe Trewick trading as Grub Leads, which is responsible for your personal data. You can contact us at support@grubleads.com.

Sell Call Recordings is a matching service. We do not do the work ourselves. We introduce you to a buyer, who pays us for the introduction.

Data collected

When you use the quote form we collect:

• your name, phone number, email address and ZIP code
• the details you give about the job, such as size, use, budget and timing
• your IP address, the page you sent the form from, and the wording you agreed to

Purpose and legal basis

We use your details to find a buyer who can help with your request. We rely on your consent, which you give when you send the form.

We then contact you to tell you which firm we have found. We only pass your details to that firm after you tell us you are happy for us to. If we cannot find a firm within a reasonable time, we tell you and delete your request.

If you stop part way through the form, we keep what you entered so far for the same purpose, and delete it if the request is not completed.

We do not send you marketing, and we do not sell your details to anyone else.

Recipients

Your details go to:

• the buyer we name to you, and only after you agree
• the companies that host this website and store our records for us, under contracts that protect your data

Keeping and deleting

We keep your name, phone number, email address and IP address for 12 months, then delete them. We keep a record of the request without those details, so we can count how many requests the site receives.

Your requests to us

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email us and we will reply within 45 days.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that does not use cookies or identify you. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Referral fees and your contact details

Buyers fund this site: a license signed after one of our introductions can trigger a fee from that buyer to us. Several state laws treat passing on contact details in that setting as selling, or sharing, the person’s information. Refuse it at any time through the opt-out page linked below or by email, and we record when your refusal was applied.

Call audio, transcripts and samples never reach us. The form has no upload field.

State privacy rights in the US

Several states let residents learn which personal details a business holds on them and have those details fixed or erased, free of retaliation. We run no targeted advertising with anyone's details, and this site is built for businesses, not for children under 16.

Consent logs

Because telemarketing claims in the US can surface years afterward, each consent is logged and held for five years: number, timestamp, IP, the page used and the consent sentence shown. That log holds no names or email addresses; those are deleted on the usual schedule above.
