Opting out of sale or sharing
When a company we introduced licenses its calls, the buyer may pay us. Some state privacy statutes classify that hand-over of contact details as a sale or as sharing, so we honor opt-outs from anyone.
One email does it
Email support@grubleads.com. Put "opt out" anywhere in the message along with the phone number or email address used on our form. No login, no explanation.
We note the day it reached us and freeze those details out of all future introductions, then confirm by reply, typically within fifteen business days. You can also opt out pre-emptively, and the freeze will catch anything you send later.
Wiping your answers too
Say so in that email and your form answers get deleted as well. Retention periods are listed on the privacy notice.
